Codes that are defined by the application rather than by a lookup table in the export. Most other codes are either from standard code systems (ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPCS, SNOMED CT, RxNorm, LOINC, CVX, NDC) or are decoded by the reference tables included in the export (for example the lookup tables whose names begin with V_). Each export's manifest.json carries the code lists its columns use.
